Probiotics are advertised for digestive health, but they are good for your whole body.
Normal flora = bacteria and yeast in a nice, happy balance. This
comes partly from when you exit your mother's body, others come
from your environment.
Any probiotic is better than none at all.
Probiotics - good for all your body parts!
If you eat yogurt, watch for sugar content!
Eat unpasteurized dairy at your own risk!
